im on day 3 of my water fast, and i down to 103, my lowest weight! i got off of my 104 plateau! my bmi is now 18.2

i found the scale this morning!! my mom hid it between the wall and the dresser. i weighed myself without any clothes on and im 104!! thats one pound away from my lowest weight!! im so excited. im on day two of my strict liquids fast, and im going to a pool party/picnic today. i really hope that im not tempted there. hopefully we will stay in the pool all day and not eat..wish me luck!
